Take brown grocery bag and cut from middle of opening to bottom of bag, then
cut circle in bottom of bag.  Turn inside out.  Cut holes on each side for
arms.  Cut fringe around the  bottom and decorate.  Color, glue feathers 
and beads, etc.

Musical Instruments

Make a tambourine of sorts out of paper plates that have been taped along 
the edges (doublesided tape is good) with beans placed inside.  Punch 
holes along the edges and thread yarn through them.   Decorate the plates 
with crayons, glitter, ribbon, etc.

Paper Dolls

Cut out dolls, clothing, accessories, and anything else your doll might need from Christmas
catalogs, mom's old magazines, and any other source.   Have mom or dad help you 
cut and glue them onto posterboard backing.  You will have hours of fun with this!

Necklaces

String elbow macaroni on kite string.   SIMPLE!
