Materials:
2.5 mm crochet hook
baby wool
ch 9
Row 1: hdc in 2nd ch from hook, hdc in each ch across, ch 2 (8
stitches)
WORK IN BACK LOOPS ONLY NOW AND THROUGHOUT
Row 2: hdc in each st across, ch 2
Row 3-27: repeat row 2
Row 28: decrease in first 2 st, decrease in last 2 st, ch 2
Row 29: decrease in each st, tie off leaving long end
Make a fringe with 8 lengths of yarn- fold in half, tie 1-2 cm from
folded end with small piece of yarn
attach fringe to long end left on bookmark
*this would be very pretty made with lustersheen, just add a couple more chains to beginning chain.
