Creamy Pasta


Ingredients:

pasta (any kind would work)
-cook according to package directions

White Sauce:

 4 tbsp butter
 4 tbsp flour
 2 cups milk

-In saucepan melt butter until bubbling, stir in flour, cook 5 min.  Gradually add milk-stirring constantly, cook until thick and smooth
-remove from heat
-add:
 1 tbsp garlic powder (or to taste)
 1 tsp pepper
 1/2 tsp salt
 about 7 slices of diced and cooked bacon

**all spice measurements depend on personal preferance**

Mix sauce together with cooked pasta- place on plates and garnish with paprika and parsley
serve with garlic toast

**this is also great with cooked chicken or shrimp instead of bacon**
