Here are some of the beer labels we have released from the O'Grady Cellars -- and utility room.

For our 2003-2004 Seasonal, we cranked out a Lemon Pilsner.  The citrus was a little more pronounced but it did spike the alcohol content a little.  The pilsner smoothness came through at just the right level with a beautiful golden clarity.

I actually used a special label to tell give advanced notice to some of our friends about our new good luck.  However, after Katie said the image looked like a pooh with a bow, we retired the label quickly!

Combining the flavor of JW Dundee's with the smooth light taste of very bubbly bud, this elixir should please the palate of those who like the good old reliable "macrobrews."

For those of us wanting a more worldly blend, this hoppy flavor is sure to please. For those who have enjoyed a Pilsner Urquell or a Budvar special reserve in a Czech cafe, this treat will hit you like Proust's madeleine (sorry, I get misty sometimes).
