Born in Trondheim, Norway in 1966, Anders moved to Zambia with his parents at age 5, where he spent the next 11 years. He has visited almost all the southern African countries, including Malawi, Zimbabwe, Tanzania, Kenya, and South Africa. He returned to Norway in 1983 and graduated from high school at Austrheim Videregaaende Skule on the far west coast of Norway, outside Bergen. He moved to Austin, Texas in 1988 and married Karen Brown. He attended and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. |
