Ivy is a chocolate female, born on 3-25-98. Stands about 10 inches and weighs 7 pounds. She is the first Minpin we have ever owned, or should I say has owned us. She is very athletic and a source of never ending energy. She springs off the ground much like a deer. She can jump straight up in the air clearing at least 24 inches off the floor.
She is fast and when she runs she springs much like a deer. She is very active. Likes the outdoors, loves to bark at birds and the wind. She is working on learning to mind her mommy but is not in any hurry to complete these lessons. I am using the clicker method for training. So far she has learned to come, but only in the house. She is somewhat hyper and it is very hard to keep her attention on her lesson. Ivy loves to go for rides with us on our motorcycle and has her own leather vest and a leather hat. I must confess that she does not care for the hat much!
