The Sticky Whiskers Gang

Baby

I'm the last member of the Sticky Whiskers Gang.   I was born around 1994.   I became a member of" The Gang" when my mom, Lynn, rescued me from sure death where she works.   Like, Belle, I too was destined to die at the local animal detention center.   Mom says I had been abused, but I don't remember any of that.   I have what they call amnesia about my life before I wondered up to the 9-1-1 Center in Nashville, Tennessee.   I didn't remember my name, but Mom's friend, Linda, started calling me Baby.   She's scared to death of cats, but she felt sorry for me when she heard I'd been abused.   Mom decided to continue to call me Baby when she adopted me.   I kinda like the name myself.   I'm a petite cat with medium to long hair that is a mixture of browns, grays, creams and black with a lot of conventional tabby markings.   My ears are real tufted and I have extra long white whiskers and big feet.   I love to sit in the window and watch everything going on in my neighborhood.   On occasion, I have slipped out of the house and gone on an adventure.   Of course, my Mom isn't too happy with me when I do that.   It's worth the scolding I get, because she gives me extra loving when I get home!

I hope you come back often.   When we get moved in good, I will begin to tell you about some of my outside adventures.   I have a good friend, Sasha, that lives nearby.   I like to visit her when I go exploring.

You wouldn't know it to look at me, but I just love those torch type of songs!   I'd like to share with you some of my favorites.
