Heinrich Mailing List

The Heinrich Mailing List is an e-mail list for genealogical research with discussions of genealogy and history, primarily regarding Heinrich and related families. Discussion of migration patterns, immigration, heraldry, historical sketches, Heinrich settlements, census data, wills, family Bibles, vital records, web sites, etc. as relates to the Heinrich and related families is encouraged.

Moravia Mailing List

The Moravian Mailing List is a mailing list for those researching their genealogy and family history in Moravia (also known as Mahren), a part of the former Austrian Empire. It was also once a part of Czechoslovakia and is now a part of the Czech Republic. Questions and discussions about tracing one's ancestors in this area are the primary focus of the list. Discussions about the history, culture, and heritage of the different ethnic groups who have lived there are also appropriate.

Mail Mode

Each posting will be sent to you as an individual e-mail. On an active list, this means that you will get several e-mails daily. Messages are forwarded as they are received. If you don't wish to receive several e-mails daily just subscribe to the digest mode.

Digest Mode

Several postings are combined and are then sent to you as a single large message. On an active list, you would normally only receive one or two e-mails daily. If you would rather receive the messages individually as they are posted just subscribe to the mail mode.

How to Subscribe

Just click on the list you want. When your e-mail window pops up, write just the single word "subscribe" (without the quotes) in the body of the message. Be sure that no other text appears in the body of the message. Send the message. That's all there is to it. You will receive a confirmation that you have been added to the list and will start to receive copies of the messages.
