I'm glad you stopped by to find out A little about me and my family. Since you are here, I will just give you the highlights.

I am 35 years old and a mother of four daughters, ages 10 thru 18. Raising this foursome has been alot of fun and hard work too. Each one is unique and very different from the other. About the only thing we unanimously agree on is Pizza and Ice cream!

I have been happily married for over 17 years to my husband (who else would it be?)We will celebrate our 18th Anniversary on April 1st......yes, we were married on April Fools Day! And he has not once forgotten our Anniversary! He is a great guy. His name is Johnny and he is a Carpenter/Mechanic, most of the time. He has learned many skills over the years and can do just about anything. What he doesn't know, he is quick to learn.

My oldest daughter, Ashley, is a great help around the house, for the most part. I do appreciate all that she does and I hope that she knows it. She will soon be seeking her own corner in this great big world and I wish her all the best.

Our second daughter, Roxanne, is a wiz in school. She is on the Superintendent's Honor Roll. I'm so proud of her accomplishments!! Who knows-she could be our first female President. (Parents are supposed to think big) Roxanne has taken up Band (starting in the 6th grade-she is now in 11th) and she has excelled immensely! She currently holds 1st chair for the clarinet and has been in Honors band for the last four years. She has won several awards and ribbons. =) Boys are still of not much interest to her....yet. She would rather read a book, or play on the computer. Out of all four of the girls, she is the one who looks most like mommy. *grin*

Our third daughter, Krista, who is 14 years old, is well...14 years old. Her hobbies include, but are not limited to, bugging her older sisters until she gets what she wants, spending endless nites at friends houses and being able to boss her baby sister around, since there is finally someone younger than her. Her teacher thinks she has great potential in her abilities to learn and that she may very well be in the 'Gifted-Talented' classes in the upcoming years at school. Way to go Krista! Note: I beleive the phone is somehow permanently attached to her ear. Anyone else have this problem? ;)

As for our youngest daughter, Chelsee, who will be 6 years old in July, well she is the one who rules the roost. She always has to be doing something and it is usually wanting to do what the older sisters are doing. She went into all day Kindergarden last school year (99-00) and really enjoys the time spent making new friends and projects for mom and dad. She has already started a collection of phone numbers and at this rate she may have her own phone by the time she's 10!. Chelsee is 10 now and growing like a weed. She has a great love for animals and is one of the biggest tom-boys we have. She loves to find and catch all sorts of critters. It seems we are always chasing some frog, grasshopper, cricket or who knows what that she has brought inside and that has escaped! Never a dull moment!

My intrests include: Reading, listening to Country (I'm sure you've figured that one out by now) & to Old Rock music. I love to crochet and do just about any kind of craft--kids permitting. My latest intrest is of course, my PC and designing my own web pages. Watching movies is another favorite, comedies are at the top of my list. I have started a new venture three summers ago. I went into business with a friend of mine. We opened a Gourmet Basket Shop and it has been alot of fun.(Update: We sold the basket shop due to not having enough time to spend with our children - we will try something else in a few years when our kids are older) As if I didn't have enough to do, I also started working for our School as a bus monitor--nothing flashy about this job! You try keeping 60 to 70 screaming kids in their seats for the ride home! **UPDATE** After 3-1/2 years of bouncing around in the back of the buses, I decided it was time for me to drive them. So I went and took the necessary Class B CDL tests, without upper managements knowledge, (passed all 5 of them 1st go around!) and then took my driving test and as of now, have been driving those same buses for the last two years! Funny thing is that when I took the monitoring job, almost the very first day I was being asked if I'd like to drive them. I had a few excuses I liked to use for not wanting to.... "They don't make the roads wide enough" or "They couldn't pay me enough" Because I know how children can behave on those buses! Guess I ate those words, huh? =) **Update** Since obtaining my CDL two years ago, (& having computer knowledge) I have earned my way into the office enviornment as the Districts new Route Coordinator!
