It had been such a challenging time of my life. I suppressed my feelings with all my might and often dealt with them by not dealing with them. I forced myself to move every day, for I felt that if I didn't, I would collapse and never recover. I barely realized the existence of Time. It felt as though I moved as slowly as the sun passing over my head. Before I knew it, it was 1998.
