Some Notes About The Contests On this Site: | These contests are run by myself (with a little help from my frogs). They in no way repressent the manufacters/authors of the product given away as a prize. The product itself is just something that was given to me, or that I bought. So please don't think that the "prize" is from a corporation, but rather just a person who wants to add some FUN to a froggy web page.. The winners of these contest will pay nothing for the prize. All shipping and product price will be paid for by me. The only possible draw back is that I will have to ask for a mailing address from the "winner." The mailing address will NOT be used for anything else but sending the prize. I WILL NOT distribute the address anywhere, except on the package that is being sent. |

Some notes about adding a contest to this site | Contests are pretty easy to set up, but they are totally governed by the person who wants to have a contest. Granted I am the one (with a little help from my froggies) that pays for the prize and shipping, the contest itself is run by the person who wants to have a contest. Not to say that that requires any work, but an occasional e-mail to me would be nice. I have set up quite a few contests so far, and most have been successful. But, a few contests have seemed to go unanswered. So, the only thing that I ask of you, if you decide to have me set up a contest, is that you keep in touch. Granted that this site may not enough of visitors to find a "winner" within a week... but even a quick e-mail saying that "I hate all the entries so far" would help me. |

How to set up a contest | Well, contests are set up by by e-mailing me (or my frogs). Upon recieving the entry, I will try to set up a contest. Depending on the contest, I will try to find an appropriate "prize." Okay, I am not rich, so if I get 100,000 e-mails for contests, I might have to limit them. Please note, that by submitting an idea for a contest, you are in no way obligated to it. Example: If you decide you want to set up a "Help Name A frog Contest", by no means are you obligated to choose a name from the entries. The naming of your little pet should not be forced because of a contest. The contest idea is to offer support. If you have come up with a name on your own, or don't like any of the entries, that is fine. Just let me and my frogs know. |

Why would I "give away free stuff?" | Since the first contest, I found it VERY gratifing to help out a fellow White's owner. With the help of George and Karen Adams (some of the GREATEST people on the face of this Earth), the first contests were set up. I found it to be amazing, that a little site like this could generate such help to someone. The cost of the prize and shipping seems to be very little compared to the fact that I may have "put a smile" on someones face..... okay, call me goofie!! |
