Acceptance of self.
Develop normal relationships with others as much as possible, this may require gaining a certain level of understanding, acceptance and yes..... control over your infantilistic tendencies.
Don't expect everyone to understand, heck, we don't even understand ourselves sometimes, why should we expect even more than that from those around us?
Be honest with your sexual partner, don't play games with him or her over this, one of the foundation stones of a good sexual relationship is honesty. The more you are able to be tactfully honest in this relationship, the less alone you will feel.
Don't dwell on the past.
Clean up your relationships, don't let shame and submission, or bullying and domination be a regular part of any of your relationships with any important people in your life.
While you may not be able to entirely control your infantilism, be discreet and sensible enough with it so you don't let it ruin any parts of your life. Do your best not to let it interfere with your job, if possible don't practice it while at work. Don't let it interfere with your social life any more than you have to, be careful who you choose to let in on your secret. Don't let it interfere with your love life, be honest and yet tactful with your partner.
