The authority comes from God's grace and our Father-Mother God having
placed a part of God, the spirit of God, an actual spiritual flame within
us in our hearts. We all have a Higher Self- an actual person above us- and
as long as we make all our commands subject to the higher wisdom and vision
of that Higher Self, then we have the right to direct God's energy to
positive purposes. In fact, not only do we have the right, we have the
responsibility to do it. That is why "God created man in his own image"- to
become a co-creator with him. If we "hide our talents in a napkin," and
bury them rather than using them, then our abilities decay and we tend to
lose them. So it important to use this power. "Use it or lose it."
In order to co-create we must have access to the energies of creation.
But until we develop our mastery it would not be wise to give us "all power
in heaven and on earth" as Jesus was given near the end of his life.
Therefore we have to apprentice ourselves to our Higher Self, our own
"Christ" Self. Christ means "anointed." As we learn to use Divine energy
constructively and to protect it, we are given more and more of it, we are
"anointed" with it, until eventually we become completely masterful beings
like Jesus and the other Masters.

Many things happen. Light energy starts to descend from your I AM
Presence (see the Chart of the Presence). At the same time energy starts to
ascend up the spine from the base. This lifts the spirit, energizes the
body and raises our consciousness. The Light begins to purify the aura, the
mind and emotions.
Depending on which type of energy you are asking for, the energy will
accomplish different things. If you are decreeing for violet flame in your
world, then the violet flame starts to transmute your karma. We each have a
certain load of karma that we are given to deal with each day. The violet
flame will transmute a high percentage of that karma. After that is
transmuted, if you keep calling for more violet flame, then the violet
flame goes deeper and deeper into your past and changes those energy
records. It is also very important to ask for the violet flame you call for
go to all the people you have ever wronged and that you have karma with. We
can balance karma with many people without having to physically go and do
something to make right a situation.
So as the Light Ray comes down it contacts our energies that are at a
low frequency and it bursts into flame and begins to raise them. Sometimes
this can be a slightly uncomfortable process as the energy is transformed.
After it "goes into the flame," as we say, then we feel better. Part of our
energies have then been raised to our causal body and I AM Presence. When
we do this long enough it then becomes easier and easier to contact the
Light and to become more and more free of ties to earth. We are becoming a
free spirit.
From a larger perspective, the Light you decree for comes also from the
Archangels and Ascended Masters, besides your I AM Presence. When you ask
to them to bring their higher understanding and God's will into a situation
then they send their Light into those conditions. The more people who call
for their help the more these great Masters are given permission to act in
our world.
Ask God, the Masters and the Angels to give you definite proof that
decrees work. And then write down that proof when it comes, so that you
remember.
Give the decrees enough time for the energy to work through any
densities and insensitivity's that you may have so that you can feel the
energies that are released.
It has been said, somewhat jokingly that "Decrees don't work- you
work!" One meaning of this is that you get out of decrees what you put into
them- but purified and multiplied many, many times over.
Furthermore, if you do not seem to be seeing results from your decrees,
consider whether or not you are being 1) specific enough 2) consistent
enough and 3) are putting out enough energy to get what you are calling
for. The Masters multiply and return to you the energies you give out
through your decrees. It could also very well be that it will just simply
take longer than you desire or think appropriate.
Also, if you have done things that violate your honor or you have
broken the Laws of God and Cosmos then you have set up blocks to the flow
of energy from your Higher Self. One way to clear that block is to admit
consciously that you did wrong- to confess, and to strongly determine to
the best of your ability not to do it again- "repent." You may need to
apologize to someone or do something else to resolve some emotional tie-up
you have with a situation and to make things right. Otherwise that tie-up
of energy may be blocking the flow.
If you practice a decree several times a day you may be surprised at how fast you do memorize them. Completely normal people can and do memorize and master these decrees. It doesn't take anything special except effort and sincerity.

Each time you give the decree there is a release of Power, Energy and
Light. This builds a greater and greater forcefield of energy around you
and sends more and more energy out into the world, where it is much needed.
The Ascended Masters have given us a dispensation (that means a gift )
that when we give a decree more than one time, then we get a multiplication
effect. Here is what this means. If you give a decree once, then you get
the power of that decree one time- 1x1=1. If you give a decree twice, then
you get the power of it squared- multiplied by itself- 2x2=4. When a decree
is given three times you get an effect of 3x3=9 which means that your
decrees are multiplied nine times. This principle applies to any number of
times you give the decree. The power is "squared." So giving a decree 100
times has the power of 10,000.

If you are not sincere and don't put your heart into decreeing then it can become somewhat mechanical. It is no more rote than you make it. You get out of it what you put into it, purified and multiplied many times over.
Yes there are. 3 and 9 are recommended. Multiples of 9 are good. 12 is good. 33 is a very, very powerful and special number. 108 is also a very, very powerful and special number. 144 is very good also.
As you are learning to decree speed is not a factor. Once you learn the decree by heart and you have your visualizations somewhat under control, then you can begin to pay a little attention to the speed of the decree. It should be a natural process. One things that happens when you give the decree at a higher speed is that it speeds up the energy and intensity of the Light that comes down.
When the words come out of your mouth they have the power and energy that you put into them. The Masters and angels can take that energy, multiply it and answer your call, if God wills it so.. If you sit down and decree with undivided attention and put all your love and attention into your visualizations and concentration, then you get even more action. But you may not have time for such a concentrated session every day. So then you do what you can. Feel free to decree in the car or the shower or when cooking. The angels are very grateful for whatever you can do. Using tapes when you are doing other things and decreeing helps you maintain a rhythm which it is easy to lose while doing other things while decreeing.
Yes, it usually is. If the group can work as a harmonious whole then
they can combine their forces into a whole that is far greater than the sum
of its parts.
You get a multiplication effect by blending your voice and heart with
others decreeing. The Ascended Masters have given us a dispensation (that
means a gift or grace) that when we decree with other people then we get
the effects of our decrees multiplied by the number of people who are
decreeing. For example, if you have one person decreeing, then 1x1=1. If
you have two people decreeing, then 2x2=4. With three people decreeing you
get an effect of 3x3=9 which means that your decrees are multiplied 9X.
This principle applies no matter how many people you may have.
This seems similar to the effect of doing a decree more than one time.
There are many benefits. You get a multiplication effect by blending your voice and heart with others decreeing. The Ascended Masters have given us a dispensation that when we decree with a tape they give us the same multiplication effect that they would give if we were decreeing live with the same number of people who are on that tape. (See previous question) Also, you learn the proper rhythm.
Ascended Masters decrees are formulas for the liberation of our souls
and the whole world. They combine many different principles, including
prayer, visualization, the powers of affirmation and repetition, as well as
the science of mantra from the East. They combine the best of many forms
of communion with the Light used throughout history. Decrees that come from
the Ascended Masters contain their Cosmic Consciousness and their power and
momentum of spiritual mastery. By our using their decrees, they transfer
their consciousness and mastery to us bit by bit as we can handle it.
Affirmations given in this form also contain the Masters consciousness, so
they are far more powerful than affirmations that come from our own level.
The science of decreeing and affirming is far more complicated than can
be gone into here. However, it is important to know that they should
always be done "In the name of My Real Self," or "Higher Self," or, in the
Ascended Masters Teachings we mighty say "In the name of my beloved I AM
Presence and Holy Christ Self I decree..." or "In the name of the beloved,
mighty, victorious Presence of God, I AM in me and my very own beloved Holy
Christ Self I decree..."
I have decreed for many years and have never failed to feel a deep sense
that something was happening, that the angels were answering my calls, that
my aura was being purified. Countless times have I had the experience of
being supersaturated with the intensity of the sacred fire energies I
contact by decreeing. It is phenomenally exhilarating.
Some of the experiences I have had are the following (to the best of my
ability to describe them).
Being filled with the all the victorious enthusiasm of the angels.
Being totally filled with the spirit of Archangel Michael and his supremely
noble and strong heart. Becoming supercharged with the spirit of Freedom
through the violet flame- like all the fervor of the freedom fighters of
centuries.
Being utterly filled with the holiness and love of God, truly "rapturous."
When giving the Rosary I have often felt that awesome power of the Divine
Feminine rising up my spine. That power supercharges the other decrees
given with an intensity that is thrilling and makes you know that your
decrees are bringing results.
