When you click on "Subscribe Northeast-Roots-L" below, your browser will present you with a screen similar to that shown. It will automatically insert (you may not see it)

YOUR e-mail address and the address for the subscription message.  (As shown in green in the example)

1. Simply tab down to the message body and type: SUB NORTHEAST-ROOTS-L Followed by your name   (As shown in red in the example)
2. Click on SEND and the subscription request will be sent.
3. You will recieve further instructions when your subscription is accepted.
