The PADDOCKS originate in France, according to records that have been found. Our primary interest is on Cape Cod, MA where we have documented this large family. The PADDOCKs join the BUCKMAN line in Holden, MA in 1832 with the marriage of Rebeccah PADDOCK and Caleb BUCKMAN. All of Rebeccah's ancestry can be found in Cape Cod.
Recently we located a small Paddock Cemetery in East Denns, Cape Cod, MA where many of her ancestors are buried, including her gggrandparents, Judah PADDOCK and Alse ALDEN, granddaughter of John ALDEN, our Mayflower ancestor. Click here for Pictures of the cemetery.
