I am a Member of The North American Fishing Club and like to fish for bass. There is also a local area where they stock trout for us anglers three time year. When surf fishing from the beach at the New Jersey Shore the Blue Fish is the popular catch |
Interesting atrticles for the Fisherman (I would like to put your Fishing story here) these are large mouth bass caught in Mountain Lakes NJ I would like to publish a list of favorite fishing holes, plus a listing of places where you can obtain a fishing licence. Many small freindly sports shops that issued them in NJ are gone, and now the Super Stores that sell Sporting equiptment have them sometimes. The atmosphere of the small shop does not exist in the Super Stores, and I miss that. I would like to see your favorite recipies for cooking fish. I shake my trout in a bag with just flour, cook it in a toaster oven at 350degrees for 20min with a lot of butter. I leave the heads on while cooking. The trout come out crispy and are delicious. I will try to find informitive sites that are for the fisherman. If you want details on this untapped fishery, contact:Oil Heritage Region Tourism Promotion Agncy, Dept.NAF, P.O. BOX 128,Oil City, PA 16301 (814)677-3152 or toll free (800)483-6264 |
