Family Memories Questionnaire When my father died in February, we all went about collecting memories about my Dad for the funeral. It occurred to me that these memories are how we shared how special Dad was. My research has provided me with many facts about our family but they are only facts on paper. The things that made them special and unique are unknown. In an effort to leave a legacy which provides us with a little insight into our loved ones, I have created this questionnaire as a frame work for that information. I am not looking for information that may be embarrassing or disrespectful but I am looking for the humorous, descriptive or endearing comments and stories that can help us to know our loved ones better.
