MY FAVORITE HOBBIES ARE:

*PHOTOGRAPHY - I started Photography as a young kid. My first camera was a Russian made ZENITH EM fully manual SLR.. I enjoy taking Nature, Night, Black & White and Glamour photography. I did a course in Brisbane in Black & White Developing & Printing and also qualified in Color photography and have won a few awards too.

*READING - I am crazy over reading Computer, Internet and New Technology magazines and I have a huge collection.

*DOWNLOADING PLUG-INS - I like to have the latest PLUG-INS in my computer, so almost every week I download upgrades, new plug-ins etc, and one of my friends recently said "You have so much GARBAGE in your computer". I KNOW THAT!!!

*COMPUTER GAMES - I often play computer games and I have Sony Playstation, Sega Mega Drive & the PC. My favorite PC game is 'Command & Conquer'; Play Station game is 'V-RALLY'; SEGA MEGA DRIVE game is 'Flash Back'.

*LISTENING TO MUSIC - When I first arrived in England I use to enjoy Heavy Metal Music like Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden, Alice Cooper and my favorite album was Alice Coopers "Schools Out". I think it is a cool album. Then I change to Disco/Soul/Funk/Motown music. I still like that type of music but now I enjoy listening to Modern Jazz, Jazz/Funk, Acid Jazz/Fusion and Latin Jazz music as well as World Music esp. West African, American Indian, Caribbean, Sri Lankan, Indian, Latin American and Celtic music.

DID YOU KNOW THAT I LEARNT TO PLAY THE PIANO TOO? I DID TRINITY COLLEGE OF MUSIC & ROYAL COLLEGE OF MUSIC , BOTH PRACTICALS AND THEORY. MY MOTHER ALWAYS ENCOURAGED ME.

Some of the instruments I can play are the Classical Flute, Piano/Synthersiser Keyboards (by ear - I need practise), Harmonica.

*DANCING - I used to go at least 3 times a week to night clubs/Discotheques and I love dancing and have participated in a few dancing competitions too. I learnt Latin American dancing for two years in England such as Cha Cha Cha, Samba and Tango.

*FOOD - I enjoy Italian, Thai, Sri Lankan & Indian Food. I like hot curries with extra hot chillies in it and I am addicted to chillies.

MY FAVORITE SPORTS ARE:

I love..love..sports and I am sports crazy!! I used to try almost every sport when I was young; like Cricket, Rugby, Soccer, Badminton, Table Tennis, Squash, Long distance running, Javelin and I was a very competitive sportsman. Shh...Shh..But I have a secret to tell you. I cannot "SWIM" properly.
