Schaumburg is a village of about 70,000 29 miles northwest of downtown Chicago. Schaumburg has a mix of residential, industrial, and commercial development, including well-known Woodfield Mall. Recreational and Cultural opportunities include an active Park District Program and the offerings of the Schaumburg Prairie Center for the Arts, located in the Municipal Center.
