Still Waters
LOCATION
Still Waters is nestled on thirty acres of woodland, surrounded by pasture and hay fields, and bounded by a stream fed by seven year-round springs.
The woods are a haven for bunnies, squirrels, deer, turkey, and a large variety of birds.
Red, white, and post oak, together with dogwood, sassafras, hickory, and walnut trees shade mushrooms, toadstools, and wildflowers hiding in the forest floor debris.
The stream can be heard laughing on its way, and squirrels chattering, scolding and gnawing their acorns.
Birds sing and call to each other, while deer approach cautiously on their journey through the woods.
Still Waters is a place of retreat.
A place to feel the presence of God.
A place for those burned out from ministering on their own power to be replenished with God's power.
The retreat is located 4 1/2 miles north of Cassville, in the beautiful Missouri Ozark hills.
