There was a time when folks gathered on the front porch, finding the company of others a pleasing way to end the day. Iced tea would be served, with plenty of lemon, and a sprig of Mom's mint. Some folks passed the time talking, others listening. And there were those who cared not for either. They simply basked in the comfort of belonging. This page is dedicated to the yearning people have for a sense of community.
