Lewis and Sarah Nobles Anderson


1. LEWIS1 ANDERSON was born 1783 in Beaufort,Co. NC., and died in Fentress Co., TN. He married SARAH NOBLES Abt. 1812 in North Carolina. Sarah was born in 1785 and was the daughter of JOHN NOBLES and CLARY EDWARDS.

JOHN NOBLES (born October 18, 1762 in Beaufort Co., NC, died January 11, 1834) was the great-grandson of ISAAC NOBLE, who came to the Colonies around 1660, settling in Maryland. John had two brothers: JESSE NOBLES and ISAAC NOBLES JR. CLARY EDWARDS is the daughter of JAMES EDWARDS. Many thanks to David James Nobles for connecting John to ISAAC NOBLE.
