Write Your Resume and Practice Job Interviewing!

A resume is a summary of the education and experiences you bring to a job.

1. Read about how to write your resume.
2. Review a sample resume (select format: MS Word or PDF).
3.

Now write your own resume.

  • Open up Microsoft Word.
  • Select File/New
  • Find the Resume Wizard
  • Select the options you would like to try
  • Fill in the blanks with true, action-packed statements!
4.

Practice interviewing each other. (Here are some helpful hints and sample questions.)

Then we'll need a volunteer to be interviewed!
