A LITTLE GIRL'S PRAYER
If we could read the mind of a 2 year old little girl who's young mother was diagnosed with an incurable cancer...this is what I think she would say..........
Hello God...I'm Your little girl.
Can we talk?
You see, people are talking about my mommy.
They say she has cancer.
What is that? Does it hurt?
I don't want my mommy to hurt.
I love my mommy.
I know that You love her too.
Mommy tells me You love everybody.
Some days she seems real sad.
Some days she's real happy!
I'm going to have a little brother or baby sister soon.
I'll be the big sister!
I promise to help as much as I can.
My mommy is a big girl but I think she needs someone to take care of her too sometimes.
Can you take care of my mommy God?
Help her to dream of nice things.
I'd like that.
I'm going to bed now.
Thank You God for listening.
I know that You will watch over all of us.
Good night.
