Reminder: Notification of Sales (Protective Covenants: Article I, Section 5).

"Upon any sale of any building site for cash, on a contract for deed, or otherwise, the seller shall notify (in writing) the treasurer of the Assocation of the name and address of the purchasers within five (5) days after the execution of the contract".

Reminder: Additions / Alterations to Buildings (Protective Covenants: Article III).

Please be reminded that any exterior additions / alterations to buildings (i.e., decks, additions to homes, garages, fences, etc) must be submitted to the Board for approval BEFORE alterations begin. This does not include remodeling of the interior of your home. The Board generally meets on the second Tuesday of each month. Please contact Board President Glenn Gilbert and/or the chairperson of the Architecture committee for additional information.
