The PREMO FOUNDATION was established in August 1997 to honor the memory of Edna May "Jackie" Premo of Burney, Shasta County, California and has an objective/goal of furthering the Internet in Vietnam. In this regard, Tom & Ly Premo have traveled several times to Vietnam and surveyed the economic and internet possibilities in the country. The Premo Foundation is also working with Joseph Love on the Chamy Project which has the objective of reuniting Vietnamese Amerasian children with their fathers.

The TOM Premo Family are World Travelers and we made a trip to Vietnam in April 1998 where we arranged for construction of the White House East, our new home in GoCong. FINAL construction was in July, 1998. TOM travels to Vietnam each year during the dry season , November-May, and has two New Years, one on January 1st and again for the Vietnamese New Year/TET, see his Vietnam Travel webpages.
