Bally Sagoo

Born in Delhi, India, Bally and his family moved to England soon after he was born. His father established an Indian music shop in Birmingham and had a band, playing electrified Punjabi folk music at social gatherings.Bally grew up influenced by the sounds he heard in his home, and by the western music his friends listened to.In his teens he played records at parties, but it wasn't until his friends suggested he mix in some Indian music that he discovered he could blend the two styles of music into a fierce new hybrid.
