At the 2001 Lab Nationals in Valparaiso, Indiana, Brook and owner Linda B. Nash of Hendersonville, NC went home with 5 out of 6 ribbons. Friday, 19th Oct. - Labs only - Double Q in both Ex. B. classes, Sat., 20th Oct - Q in Ex. B. JWW, Sunday, 21st Oct - another double Q in both Ex. B classes. Linda was quite tickled to go home with such rewards and has them displayed proudly - congratulations Linda!
Shadow, U-CD Carriage Hill Midnite Shadow UD JH MX AXJ, who we thought had retired from obedience last February, earned her 3rd UDX leg, won Open B, was High in Trial and High Combined, on Dec 1. She has done all Carol asks of her and more! Congratulations Carol Parente!

Kevin (Dunn's Marsh Could Be Charming CGC) picked up his first NAHRA wing at the age of eight months. Looks like he may be more than just a pretty face. Winnie (UUD UACH Winifred Maeve Kelly CDX OA NAJ CGC WC TDI P-1) completed all of her points toward her UOTCH but still needs two double Q's to get the title. She also took High Scoring Lab in all three Trials as well as High Scoring Dog with an Additional Title of Record in two of the three trials.
Concho (UCDX Winroc Geronimo Arncha Brave UD TD WC) is on a roll. For the third time in three months, he won High Combined on December 1. Beth is very proud of him! Congratulations Beth Baily!

At the USDAA Dog Agility Master Nationals last weekend, Piper's team (consisting of Piper at 26" and two 12" dogs, a Scottie and a Papillion) managed to not only make the cut for the finals, but placed 27th over all for the weekend!! HySpire's Far Fetched UD owned and trained by Heidi Herman, worked her heart out in the Open B ring and scored a 199 and a 198½, for a second and a fourth place!!! The competition is stiff! The next day she earned her 2nd UDX leg - congratulations Heidi!
It was another mother/daughter duo in the Open obedience ring! Gala earned her final leg toward her CDX *and* her 2.5 yo daughter Rosa earned her first Q in her debut in Open A as well! Congratulations Anne Swindeman!
(Nov 14/15) Tugboat went to the Garden State ASCA trial and won NovB and High in Trial with a 197 and on Sunday got 2nd in NovB and High scoring Non-Aussie with a 196. Gret went there for practice because the Allstar Tournament is coming up at the end of this month - congratulations Gret Rumetsch!

Beth and "Ana" (Beth Erisman, Junior Handler and Diamonds Pretty Li'l Adriana, CD, NA, NAJ) have done some more showing. On September 15th, Beth showed "Ana" in an Agility Trial and they qualified in the Open Standard class for their 1st leg towards their OA and 3rd place. On October 27th, they picked up their 3rd NAJ leg with a score of 100Q and 3rd place! On October 28th, they picked up their second leg towards their OA, taking a 4th place ribbon in the process! They also picked up a 4th leg on the NAJ and got another 3rd place ribbon!! They are now getting ready for the agility trials being held in December at the Cleveland Crown Classic and look for this to be another very exciting weekend!! Congratulations Beth!
