ARIEL'S LIVER COOKIES

I GUARANTEE YOUR PUPS ARE GOING TO LOVE THESE!!!!

3 pounds of beef liver, chopped
Water (see instructions)
1 1/2 cups Wheat Germ
1 1/2 cups Cornmeal
2 cups whole wheat flour
3 eggs
garlic powder (if desired)

In a food processor, put about an inch of water and the chopped beef liver. Puree. When all the liver is pureed, add the eggs and puree again. Put this mixture into a large bowl and mix in the wheat germ, cornmeal, and flour. Sprinkle a bit of garlic powder over the mixture and mix well again.

Spread this mixture into a well-greased 9 X 11 pan
(or a deep cookie sheet)

Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
Cut into squares while still warm.

I have always stored these cookies in a tightly covered container or ziplock bag in the refrigerator.
