Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to you in regards to Rosie’s Restaurant. I have recently tried out your restaurant for the first time. I found the food to be quite good and the atmosphere was pleasant.

However, I was quite disturbed by the lobster tanks in the front of your restaurant. I value humane treatment of all creatures and I noticed that the lobsters were all crammed into one tank with very little room to move around.

Also, I hope that the lobsters you serve are slaughtered in a humane manner, as there is a growing body of research that lobsters feel pain and suffer greatly when cut or boiled alive.

Please consider removing lobsters from your menu and restaurant or at least humanely kill the lobsters before boiling them.
