Happy Thanksgiving!

Hello and welcome to my Holiday Kitchen! I am so glad you stopped by! When you think of Thanksgiving, most of us think of family gatherings. The food is in abundance, and we give special thanks on this day.

As Thanksgiving is just around the corner, I thought you would be interested in some recipes that I copied off the Prodigy Food BB (as well as other sources). Can't you just smell that roasting turkey and the pies baking right now? mmmmmmm....

Many of these recipes are suitable for those watching what they eat, including diabetics. You may also find some uses for the over abundance of food left over from your family feast here....
