Torleif H. Moen is a descendent of a sister of Ole Evenson Kjonaas.  His g-g-g-grandother's name was Margit Kjonaas, and she did not come to America with the family in 1843, but did come at a later date. Torleif still lives in Norway near the Kjonaas farm.  He was born in 1940. When he was 15 years old he went to sea and was a seaman for 29 years and then went back to Bo(/), Telemark, Norway where he is  (1996) working in a sawmill.
 
Torleif can read and write English real well and would like to hear from some of his relatives in America.  If anyone goes to Norway be sure to look him up.   His address is:
