Art Gallery

I was born with a vision impairment but I always wanted to be an artist. With the help of a grant from the Pennsylvannia Bureau Of Vocational Rehabilitation, I graduated from art school and even managed to make the Dean's List.

I normally wear contact lenses to correct my far vision as much as possible, and to do my artwork I wear magnifyng reading glasses along with my contact lenses, and also use various handheld magnifers.

Below are some of my paintings and illustrations. I work mainly in acrylics and pen and ink. I have been influenced by the Art Nouveau Movement and artists like Alphonse Mucha and Maxfield Parrish. In my paintings I strive for an "other worldly" type of light. I hope you enjoy!

Even though I have never achieved success or recognition in my hometown, I have won national awards and have had my works published and distributed nationwide. My works also hang in private collections across the United States.
