Man's Purpose (women's too)
What exactly is man's purpose here on earth? Here is what the bible says that we should be doing "at all times", "continually", and "always". That doesn't leave a whole lot of time left over. (and when I say man I am speaking as in mankind or men and women)
Psalm 34:1-4
1 I will bless the LORD at all times; His praise shall continually be in my mouth. 2 My soul shall make its boast in the LORD; the humble shall hear it and rejoice. 3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt His name together. 4 I sought the LORD, and He answered me, and delivered me from all my fears.
Psalm 62:8
Trust in Him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before Him; God is a refuge for us. Selah.
Luke 18:1
Now He was telling them a parable to show that at all times they ought to pray and not to lose heart,
Luke 21:36
"But keep on the alert at all times, praying in order that you may have strength to escape all these things that are about to take place, and to stand before the Son of Man."
Ephesians 6:18
With all prayer and petition pray at all times in the Spirit, and with this in view, be on the alert with all perseverance and petition for all the saints,
Deuteronomy 14:23

Deuteronomy 19:9

Proverbs 23:17

Seek the LORD and His strength; seek His face continually.
Isaiah 51:13

Isaiah 58:11
