In Your Eyes

Often times I see

              the light in your eyes.

Just taking one look at you

                        and I begin to smile.

I see the love puring out of your heart

                                          by looking in your eyes.

Your a perfect angel.

In your eyes the stars shining

                                   ever so brightly.

It seems you don't have a care

                                              in the world.

My little one

          you are apple of my eye.

I look at you

           and glare into your eyes.

I see every reason in life

                            to go on living.

The stars in your eyes

                      shining brightly.

You light up my life.

Not a care in the world you have.

You haven't learned

                 everything you need to know.

Keeping you safe!

Keeping you from being harmed.

My little one

               don't ever lose that light in your eyes.

Let the stars in your eyes shine bright.

Don't lose the love in your heart

                              it is what the world needs

Keep the smiles on your face.

Don't you lose that light in your eyes.

Take a look at you in the mirror.

I notice you are growing day

                                          by day.

Teach your children well

                   and show them how to

                                keep the light in their eyes.

Show them the love you have given

                                     to soo many others.

Teach them to be angels like you.

You will see the stars shining brightly in their eyes.

Hold them close

              to keep them from harm.

Precious little angels

              with stars in their eyes.

What could you ask for more?

You have precious little angels.

You've taught well

                   and never lost

                             that light in your eyes.

You've kept it all this time

                      the stars are still shining bright

                                                         in your eyes.

The love is still seen in your eyes

                       though things have changed

                                            you stayed my little angel

                                                               and never lost sight of life.
