This indenture made and entered into this 17th day of February 1852 b y and between Nancy Willis widow of Isiah Willis deceased and Willia m Willis,Harrison Willis, Tabitha Willis, David Pulley & Amanda his w ife, John Bryant & eleanor his wife, Wiley McCormac and Rebecca hi s wife, William Johnson & Matilda his wife heirs at law and legal Rep resentatives of Isiah Willis deceased of the first part and Thomas Wa llace of the second part all of the County of Lawrence and state of K entucky Witnessth that the said party of the first part for and in co nsideration of the sum of one hundred dollars to there in hand paid t he right there of is hereby acknowledged have named borrowed sold an d conveyed quit claim unto the said Thomas Wallace party of the secon d part all other right title & interests in and to the estate of Isia h Willis deceased that is today the said Nancy Willis all her dower i nterest in said estate either legal or equitable and the said heirs a t law of Isiah willis all their right title or interest of any discro ption either legal or equitable in and to said estate and the said wi dow and heirs and foresaid do warrant and will further defend to th e said Thomas Wallace and asign favor all and singular the minteres t and emodorments arriving therefore and they furthermore agree tha t the said Wallace may use one or either or all of their names in la w or otherwise for the recovery of said estate. Isiah Willis deceased, Wlliam Willis, David Pulley, Tabitha Willis , John Bryant, William Johnson to Thomas Wallace was this day produce d to me in my County and acknowledged by Nancy Willis, Wm Willis, Dav id Pulley, Wm Johnson on the 17th of Feby 1852 and acknowledged by Ta bitha Willis on the 13th day of March 1852 and by John Bryant on th e 16th day of June 1852 and generally acknowledged the hand deed to b e their act and deed for the purpose therein contained as grantors an d the said Amanda Pulley being examined by me privity separate and ap art from her said husband on the 15th of March 1852 and by Eleanor Br yant on the 16th of June 1852 separate and apart from their said husb ands and each having the contents of the said deed fully explained t o them declared to me they did freely sign seal the said deed and wis hed not to retract it and consenteth said deed may be recorded wher e upon the same is duly recorded in my office according to law.
