From the Palatines: Ship "St. Andrew Galley" John Steadman, ship's master from Rotterdam, 1st from Cowes, arriving Philadelphia on September 26, 1737.   Among its passengers: 

Phillip Lebengut (spelled in another edition - Liebengut)

Philip signed his name with an "X" upon clearance, and with a "+" upon subscribing to the Oaths to the Government.
