Jamie and two friends, Tim and Scott, had decided to go to the night club "Heaven" in the city. 

On the way home at around 2:40a.m. The car that they were traveling in crashed, killing Jamie and his friend Tim. 

Scott, the only survivor survived with a severely broken leg. 

The car, that was owned by Jamie, was traveling in the middle lane when it  veered off to the left hand side, clipping a tree and in turn ploughed into another tree, killing the two boys. 

Jamie wasn't driving his much loved car, as he had asked Tim to drive.
(Tim had lost his brother 4 years earlier, as a passenger, in a fatal car accident)
