wife #2: Mary Esther Grant b. about 1810, married April 23, 1849 Northampton, NC
children of Rivers and Esther:
4. Louisa Margaret Reese (my ggreat grandmother) b. Aug 14, 1841, m. Nov 2, 1865 to Joseph Madison SPIVEY , Northampton Co., NC and died Jan 20, 1912 in Gainesville, Alachua Co., FL.
5. William H. Reese b. 1842
6. Thomas E. Reese b. 1844
7. Mary Esther Reese b. 1848 m. Nov 15, 1866 to Junius Bradley, Northampton Co., NC
