Also, please consider adopting one of our older shelties. They make wonderful pets too. The average age of our rescue shelties is usually between 4-8 years old. We very seldom get puppies or shelties 1-2 years old. They often come from shelters or from homes where they were neglected or not given the love and attention they deserve. Want a great sheltie? Adopt an older sheltie!
