Music at St. James

Music
is an important part of worship, and also of the heritage and tradition
of St. James. Our music program is comprised of volunteers from within
the church, complemented on occasion by guest musicians. The purpose of
the music program is to always strive for the excellence that will create
a deep and meaningful worship experience for all in attendance. During
worship, selections from the 1982 Hymnal are used for song and liturgy.
Our Organist, Ruth Estrada, is a reknowned Guatemalan pianist. In addition, our Children's Choir Director, Kirsten McLagan, has numerous years of experience both as a choir member and as a director. |
