Welcome to my recipe page. I thought I would share some of my favorite recipes with everyone. All of them have been tried my family and are approved by them. Most of the recipes come from my mom(who is a wonderful cook), and have been passed down to me. If you try some of these recipes let me know what you think! Ham-A-Getti

4 - Slices Bacon (1" strips)
2cups Ham(strips)
1can Tomatoes(19oz)
1/2tsp Salt
1cup Spagetti(broke in 1"strips(uncooked))
1/2cup chopped Onion
1/4cup chopped green pepper
1/2tsp pepper

Microwave bacon (4-5min). Drain half the fat. Add all the ingrediants. Microwave on high for 18-20min. Stirring halfway. Add 1/2cup chedder cheese micro. 10min.

This is a great meal for kids. They love it! It is fast and easy to make. I hope you enjoy it!

Farmers Meatloaf

1/2cup Dry Bread Crumbs
1cup Milk
2lbs Ground Beef
2 Eggs, slightly beaten
1/2cup Chopped Onion
1tsp Salt
1/4tsp Pepper
1/2 Sage
SAUCE:
3tbsp Brown Sugar
4tbsp Catsup
1tsp Dry Mustard
1/4tsp Nutmeg
1tsp Onion flakes(optional)

Soak bread crumbs in milk. Add remaining loaf ingrd. pack lightly into greased loaf pan. Combine sauce ingrd. Spread over top of loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 1/4 hours. Drain off fat. Slice and serve!

Rum Balls

2/3cup Butter
3/4cup Sugar
3tbsp Cocoa
1tbsp Water
2cups Special K
3tbsp chocolate Graham Crumbs
1/2-1tsp Rum or Rum Flavoring

Beat butter with sugar and cocoa; add water and rum. Mis in special K and graham crumbs. Form into 1" balls and roll in icing sugar.

This is great for the holidays. They are my personal favorites! They can be frozen, so you can make them ahead of time. (They are good frozen too!)

Linda's Yummy Banana Muffins

2 Mashed Banana's(add water to make 1cup)
1cup Sugar
1cup Miracle Whip
2cups Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
2tsp Baking Powder

Mix all ingrediants together. Fill muffin tin 2/3 full. Bake@400 for 20-25min>

These are by far the BEST Banana Muffins I have ever had! They are super moist and they can not be any easier to make!>

Sugar Cookies

1cup Butter/Margarine
1 1/2cup Sugar
3 Eggs
1tsp Vanilla
3 1/2cups Flour
2tsp Cream of Tarter
1tsp Baking Soda
1/2tsp Salt

Cream butter and add sugar gradually, Creaming untill light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add dry ingrediants. Chill well for 3-4hours. On well floured surface roll to 1/8-1/4" thick. Cut in shapes and bake on an ungreased cookie sheet @ 375 for 6-8 min. Cool slightly on cookie sheet to avoid breaking.

These cookies are great for any holidays and are great to make with the kids.
