| May 7 2006 Spay Day | Midway Vet is the place. Please call Kim at 487-7129 to make reservations for feral cat spay and neuter appointments. If you are interested in helping out at the clinic, let Kim know that as well. Meower Power Feral Cat Coalition Monthly Meeting For directions or other information, call Margaret at 484-9638. Our next meeting will be at the Major Hillard Library, ????, 2005 beginning at 7:00 p.m.the Major Hillard Library on old George Washington Highway, in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake. Everyone is welcome. Please come and see what we are all about. We will have feral cat information packets available. Guests are encouraged to come earlier for munchies and to chat with with others who work with feral cats. |

Please come out and help support this very worthwhile event. |

| 12/_/05 and 12/_/05 | SANTA CLAWS PICTURES Meower Power is providing Santa pictures on Sunday, December 4, at the Chesapeake Square Petsmart, from 11:00 -5:00. We would love to have your support either by assisting in the process or by bringing your pets in for pictures. Please call Cindy at 465-0845 to offer to help or for more information. Bring your most charming smile, hissing grimace and tail puff to either of these locations on the assigned dates for pictures of your special cat(s) or any of the other critters in your household (including your children and spouse). Proceeds from the day's pictures will go towards supporting Meower Power activities. |
Veterinarians Needed!
Meower Power especially needs the assistance of veterinarians
and vet techs in the Tidewater (Hampton Roads) area of Virginia, in order
to continue our low-cost spay/neuter clinics for feral cats. If you can
help, please call 757-558-0215 or submit the volunteer
form.
Adoptions
Meower Power has regular adoptions on Sundays from 1:00 PM - 5:00 p.m. at
the Greenbriar PETsMART store, and at the Newport News location near Patrick
HenryMall on Sundays from Noon - 5:00 p.m. For more information e-mail us or

Feral Spay
Day
This is for ferals only, and
reservations are required. If you have a feral cat you need spayed or
neutered, Meower Power offers a low-cost spay day which has discounted
rates. For more information call
