Welcome to Edju's Page.

Last updated 4 June 2008.

It's hard to believe that I've been in Southern California for fourteen years already. For those of you who have not had the "pleasure" of visiting Irvine - well, it's a lot like Next House (and the Truman Show), just much bigger. I owe Tom and Donna (or is it TomANDonna) much thanks in getting me started with this page. Hopefully, you are enjoying these pictures as much as I've had creating this page. You can also check out some cool pictures from Alaska. Please come back real soon.

Kate Schrock
Haunting Vocals. Introspective. Soulful. Passionate. These are just some of the words used to describe Kate's music. Check out a video of "Doors of Devotion" on YouTube. Kate's a singer - song writer currently based out of Maine. She has recorded six critically acclaimed CDs, "Dames Rocket", "Refuge" and "Shunyata" under her own label Kakelane Music. "Dark Love" from Shunyata was featured in the movie "Carrie 2 - The Rage". Her latest album "Invocation" was released late 2007. I think it's Kate's best work to date. "Carolina Hurricane" is now my Favorite Kate Song followed closely by "St. Jude" and "The Road". If you ever get a chance to see her perform live, don't miss the opportunity. You can also sample her music at her own website as well as several music sites. Enjoy the music.

Dewey Erney

If you love jazz and great vocalists, follow the link below to check out a great jazz vocalist, Dewey Erney. I've had the pleasure of vanpooling with Dewey for a year and have seen him perform in many occasions. He has been compared with Mel Torme and Tony Bennett by many people.

Edju's car page

Well, it was just a matter of time, right? For those of you who know me well, I've had more than passing interest in cars through the years. While searching for pictures for this site, I've come across several interesting(?) trends. For instance, none of my cars were sedans - they were hatchbacks (4), wagon (1), or SUVs (2). Now that I am a "responsible parent", I have curtailed aftermarket expenditures on my cars. In fact, the only accessory I've purchased for my latest vehicle is a set of McGard wheel locks. Then I happened to drive by a tuner shop for Land Rovers specializing in superchargers... Stay tuned.
