Four generations are portrayed in this photograph taken during March 1964. From top to bottom (oldest to youngest): Josie; Josie's daughter Mickey; Mickey's daughter Wendi; and Wendi's daughter Mickey Ruth.

The photo was taken at the home of Josie's sister Mae. The occasion was Josie's and Mae's birthdays, on the same day, but a year apart.
