Welcome to Myrna's Ranch

my rural heritage

Myrna's ranch represents my rural heritage, going home to my parents, the hills and hollers of the midwest. I think it's fertile ground to be explored and discovered.

We are going to put in a garden here, do some canning, and plant flowers all around the perimeter. I think we need a fence, too. Don't you think? Good fences make good neighbors, didn't I hear that once. Why, yes, I believe my favorite poet, Robert Frost wrote that. We might even invite him over for a chat.

Another friend we'd like to have come here is Virginia Satir. We will just take ourselves back in time to when she was alive and invite her over for a cup of tea. Yes, we love tea here at Myrna's Ranch. Wait until I show you my tea collections. I've ordered this wooden cabinet to put the teas in so they stay neatly organized.

Give me a little time. I'll have this place whipped into shape before you know it. *grin*

Welcome.

Make yourselves ta home.
