Asparagus Fritters 2 14oz. cans of asparagus stems and pieces, drained 6 large eggs 1 cup grated paremsan cheese 5 large cloves garlic, minced oil of your choice for frying fritters salt and pepper to taste Mix all indgredients thoroughly, drop by large spoonfull into hot skillet with about 1/2 of oil. Fry until they are solid looking, all the runniness is gone. place on cookie sheet lined with paper napkins to soak up extra oil. Enjoy!
