Fruity Bundt Cake Heat oven to 350 degrees 1 pkg. yellow cake mix w/pudding in the mix 4 large eggs 1/2 cup oil 11oz can of mandarin oranges w/juice 8oz can crushed pineapple, drained 15 cherries chopped, the kind you purchase in the bottle, like what you would use in a drink, say..a Shirley temple? 3/4 cup of chopped pecans Greased and floured bundt pan Add cake mix, eggs, and oil first, mix well, then add the mandarin oranges with the juice, the pineapple, the cherries, and then the nuts. Pour into the greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 degree's for 40-45 minutes! Insert a toothpick in the middle of the cake to test for doneness, if it comes out clean, voila! the cake is done! Let the cake cool on a rack for about 25 minutes before turning it out. This doesn't sound like a great recipie, but believe me, it's the best cake i've ever tasted, and it's so easy!
