The Electronic Telegraph reported today that exiled Saudi millionaire terrorist leader, Osama bin Laden, suspected by the U.S. and Britain of training the Yemeni Islamic militants who kidnapped 16 western tourists last week, again called for a "holy war" or Jihad against American and British targets, according to a Time magazine interview. The article said Bin Laden "insists that a jihad be waged against Britain and the United States because the bombing of Iraq was carried out 'on behalf of Israel and the Jews.'" He also supposedly "hints for the first time that he was involved in bombings in August of US embassies in Africa, in which 224 people were killed, including 12 Americans, and 5,000 injured." He was quoted as saying, "Our job is to instigate and, by the grace of God, we did that and certain people responded to this instigation. If the instigation for jihad against the Jews and Americans is considered a crime, then let history be a witness that I am a criminal."

Reuters reported from the Middle East that infamous Islamic militant and alleged "mastermind" of worldwide terrorism, Osama bin Laden, "has called on Muslims to attack U.S. and British citizens and interests to avenge the two countries' air strikes on Iraq,'according to the London-based Arab newspaper Asharq al-Awsat. He was quoted as saying that there should be a fight against "the Jews and the crusaders, especially the Americans and British who did not care about the rights of any child, elderly man or woman in Iraq." He reportedly went on to say, "The British and American people have widely voiced their supports for their leaders' decision to attack Iraq which makes all those people, in addition to the Jews who occupy Palestine, into people warring (against God). Every Muslim should confront and fight them. Anything that could be taken from them by force is a prize for the Muslims."

 It was widely reported today that Time magazine said yesterday that suspected terrorist leader Osama bin Laden may be planning attacks on Washington or New York to avenge a U.S. missile strike on his Afghan headquarters in August. Time quoted a U.S. State Department aid as saying, "We've hit his headquarters, now he hits ours." The Time Magazine December 21 issue to be available on newsstands next week will also supposedly report that a Bin Laden group had been planning an attack on the U.S. embassy in Baku, Azerbaijan although it was stopped from doing so three months ago. The Nando Times said that the report "also revealed that intelligence officials discovered in 1993 that bin Laden was shopping for nuclear weapons."

 Associated Press has reported that Americans in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates and Bahrain, four Gulf nations in the Persian Gulf, have been warned by the U.S. government to be on alert for potential attacks on Americans within the next 30 days. The U.S. embassies in these nations issued statements saying there is "a strong possibility that terrorist elements are planning an attack against U.S. targets in the Gulf, possibly in the next 30 days."

 Associated Press reported a supposed link between Bin Laden, the wealthy Saudi exile accused of masterminding the U.S. Embassy bombings in Africa, and a terrorist network out of Albania that according to the Sunday Times has "infiltrated other parts of Europe." The report said the Times quoted the head of the Albanian intelligence service as saying a network run by Bin Laden sent units to fight in the Serbian province of Kosovo. He also said he believed terrorists had already infiltrated other parts of Europe from bases in Albania. The report said that "Interpol believes more than 100,000 blank Albanian passports were stolen in riots last year, providing ample opportunity for terrorists to acquire false papers."

 This weekend CNN reported that the sons of jailed Egyptian Sheik Omar Abdel-Rahman, who is serving life in a U.S. prison for planning New York City terrorist bombings, have joined the terrorist forces of Osama bin Laden. According to the report, the imprisioned sheik has written a will urging his sons to take revenge against America.

 A leader of Pakistan's militant Sunni Muslim group, Sipah-e-Sahaba or Guardians of the Friends of the Prophet, said that if alleged terrorist supporter-mastermind Osama bin Laden is arrested, the U.S. would be attacked. Omar Warsi, the group's leader, said, "It is a challenge to the entire Muslim world ... Bin Laden is a hero of the Muslim world. If anything happens to him, America will be responsible."

 CNN reported today that the alleged U.S. embassey bombings' "mastermind," millionaire Saudi exile Osama Bin Laden, was indicted yesterday by a U.S. federal grand jury. The report also said that the U.S. government is offering a record-breaking $5 million reward for his arrest, more than twice the $2 million limit the United States previously has offered in what it calls terrorist cases.

The London Times reported today that a major Arab newspaper in London, Al-Hayat, has said that the exiled-in-Afghanistan Saudi millionaire and Islamic fundamentalist terrorist leader Osama Bin Ladin has obtained tactical nuclear weapons from the former Soviet Central Asian states. Bin Laden, who has created a network of influential friends in Central Asia and Ukraine, is alleged to be responsible for the recent U.S. embassy bombings in Africa according the the U.S. government.

It was reported yesterday by British sources that Bin Laden, now known as the world's most wanted terrorist, is constructing a huge complex of fortresses for his army of Arab terrorists in Afghanistan. A report said that "one new base has already been completed in Kandahar and is inhabited by bin Laden's recruits...Another is almost complete and, according to local officials, teams of surveyors have been charting the area for further fortresses. They say that at night numerous vehicles bring the latest Arab recruits."

The FBI now alleges that Osama bin Laden, the multi-millionaire Saudi exile in Afghanistan wanted for supposedly masterminding the bombings of U.S. embassies in East Africa, used one of his top aides, Mamdouh Mahmud Salim, to try to obtain nuclear weapons. In late 1993, Salim reportedly agreed to a plot to procure enriched uranium "for the purpose of developing nuclear weapons". Federal officials claim that Salim was a key advocate within for getting Sunni and Shi'ite Muslims to set aside age-old rivalries to join bin Laden in operations against America and Israel.

The Associated Press today reported that the F.B.I. and local authorities have thwarted a plan to bomb the U.S. embassy in Uganda and are detaining 20 people in connection with the plot. The F.B.I. said that Ugandan intelligence officials reason to believe that the group that carried out the bombings in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam also planned to attack the U.S. Embassy in Uganda. According to the Washington Post, two men being held are believed to be associates of Islamic extremist Osama bin Laden, the alleged mastermind in the bombings of U.S. embassies in eastern Africa last month.

Saudi millionaire-terrorist Osama bin Laden, being hunted by the U.S. for waging a holy war against America has a death wish according to lastest reports. He was quoted by th Arabic daily Al-Quds Al Arabi as saying, "I'm fighting so I can die a martyr and go to heaven to meet God. Our fight now is against the Americans. I regret having lived until now. I have nothing to lose."
