Meaning, literally 'two fords' this small village 7 miles outside Melton Mowbray is one of several bearing this name, being a descriptive geographical marker. This small village consisting of approximately 110 houses is a hub of rural activity with many interesting and varied characters.
Simon Birch created this site to reflect the village, its people and events.
